This means your charger is in boot-up mode.
Please restart the charger and then leave the charger for 15 minutes minimum, this should recover. If there is not change, please contact support.

Switch off the power to the charger at the RCD/RCBO.

- Switch off your router using the power button or at the mains.
- Unplug the ethernet cable from the router.
- With the router still switched off, turn the charger back on at the RCD.
This should bring the charger to a flashing purple light.
If successful✅
- Turn the charger off again at the RCD.
- Power on the router again and wait until it has fully booted up.
- Reconnect the ethernet cable.
- Turn the charger back on at the RCD and wait for the charger to reconnect to the internet.
If unsuccessful ❌ (still a solid purple LED)
