Unlocking a charger that has gone offline

If you charger has gone offline and is still locked in the app, please follow these steps:

1.  Turn OFF both the charger (at the RCD) and your Wi-Fi router. 🔌
2. Once the Wi-Fi has fully disconnected, turn the charger back ON (but keep the Wi-Fi OFF).
3. Allow the charger to power up and leave it for 15 minutes with the Wi-Fi still off.⏳
4. After 15 minutes, the charger should unlock itself and the main LED will flash purple.

5. Turn the Wi-Fi back ON and wait a few minutes for the charger to reconnect.

   ✅ Once successfully unlocked and connected, the main LED will display solid white.
