Is the vehicle newly registered or has the number plate been changed recently?
The vehicle database we use receives updates from the DVLA around the 18th–20th of each month. So, if your vehicle was registered or the plate changed recently, it may take a couple of weeks to appear in the system.
Good news! Not having your vehicle listed in the app will NOT stop you charging.
Adding your vehicle simply helps us personalise your charging data – giving you more accurate estimates for energy consumption and range added during charging. ⚡📊
I can't add a second vehicle to the app🚙🚗

At the moment, we can only assign one vehicle per charger.
Adding your vehicle simply allows us to enhance and personalise your charging data, so you get better insights for your specific vehicle. 📈
Multiple vehicles on one account? We’re working on it! This is a feature we plan to add in the future. ✨
My vehicle data is incorrect ⚠️
If the details for your vehicle look wrong in the app, please send your vehicle registration (number plate) to our support team along with the correct details.
Where possible, include evidence (such as a photo or document) so we can update this for you quickly!

Tap ‘Settings’ in the bottom-right corner ⚙️
Select ‘Vehicle’
Select the vehicle listed
'Delete vehicle'🗑️
You can now add a new vehicle
