If the app is not showing any live charging progress, please check the following:
1. Vehicle Linked to Account 🚗
Ensure a vehicle is added and active within the account.
- To check this, go to Settings > Vehicle in the app.
- If no vehicle is listed, please add one and try charging again.
2. Charger Internet Connection 🛜
Confirm the charger has a stable internet connection.
- Check the lights on the front of the charger.
- If you frequently see a purple light, this indicates the charger is offline.
- A white light indicates the unit is online and connected.

Live charging data is dependent on both of these conditions being met. If either is missing, the app will not display real-time charging information.
