How do I have the app on a second mobile device?

Need to use the Indra app on another phone or tablet? 

Or maybe your partner or family member wants to use the charger but can’t link their own account? 

 

The Indra app currently only allows one user account per charger, so you’ll need to log in on the second device using the same credentials.

 

Here’s how to do it:

Step 1: Download the App📥

 Get the Indra app on your new device:

• App Store - ‎Indra App App - App Store
• Google Play - Indra App – Apps on Google Play

Step 2: Log In🔑

•  Open the app and tap Log in.
• Enter the same email address that is already linked to the charger.

Step 3: Verify Your Email📧

•  Check your inbox for the verification email.

• You MUST open the email on the new device you’re trying to log in with.

  You can log into your email account on the new device or forward the email to it.

• Tap the verification link and complete the process.

⚠️ Why This Matters

If you open the verification email on your original device, the app will reopen there instead.
Always complete verification on the new device.

Note: The Indra Mobile app cannot be used on a laptop or computer.
