Once your Indra charger is installed at home, follow these steps to activate your Allstar Homecharge solution:
✅ Step 1: Receive Your Invitation
- Your fleet manager will confirm your charger is installed and ready.
- They’ll assign you access via their management portal.
- You’ll receive an email with a link to start setup.

- ✔ Details of your Indra charger (manufacturer, model, and MAC address found on the front of the charger).
- ✔ Your vehicle details (make, model, registration number).
- ✔ Your mobile number (for payment notifications).
✅ Step 3: Link Your EV Card
Your fleet manager will assign your Allstar EV card to your Homecharge account for billing and reimbursement.
✅ Step 4: Start Charging!
- Plug in and charge as normal using your Indra charger.
- All sessions are automatically captured and logged as business charging.
- Personal charging should be recorded separately.
Reimbursement Timeline ⏳
- Current Month: You charge your EV at home.
- 15th of Next Month: Allstar credits your energy supplier for last month’s charging costs. You’ll get a text with the credit amount.
- Following Month: Your energy bill arrives with the credit applied.
| Month | Activity |
| Current Month | You charge your EV at home |
| 15th of following month | Allstar credits your energy supplier for your month prior charging costs. You will receive a text message from Allstar with the value of the credit being applied |
| Month following | You receive your last months energy bill, with the credit already applied. |
Managing Business vs Personal Charging 🚗
If you have multiple vehicles or mix business and personal use, your fleet manager can enable Multi-EV Mode in your Allstar driver portal.
With Multi-EV Mode, all sessions default to personal unless marked as business.
